Wolf Tech Agency is a web development team in Pakistan that works with US businesses remotely. We build websites, Shopify stores and custom systems. You get calls in your morning, invoices in US dollars and payment in milestones.
We are a small company, and that is the point. There is no sales rep or account manager between you and the work. When you send a message, it goes to the people building your project.
Who we work with in the US
Agencies that need white-label development
If you run a design or marketing agency and your developers are booked out, we can build under your name. You keep the client, the branding and the invoice. We take your designs or brief and hand back a working WordPress or Shopify site on your staging server. We do not contact your client, and the job stays out of our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise. If you want a WordPress developer for your agency on a steady basis, tell us roughly how many sites a month you expect and we can plan around it.
Startups and founders
A first version of a product, a booking system, a customer portal or an internal tool. We write these in PHP and Laravel. Before we quote, we go through what has to be in version one and what can wait, because that is where outsourced projects usually run over budget.
Shopify sellers and small businesses
We handle Shopify store setup for small businesses: theme, products, collections, payments, shipping rates and the apps you actually need. We work as a collaborator on your account, so you never have to share your password. If you would rather own everything on your own hosting, we can build the store on WooCommerce instead.
Hiring an offshore web team: how it works with us
If you have not used an offshore team before, the worry is usually the same. Will the work match what was agreed, and what happens if it does not? This is how we handle it.
- The scope is written down first. Before work starts, we agree in writing on what is included, the price and a rough timeline.
- You pay in milestones. The project is split into stages, so you are never far ahead of the work you have seen.
- You review on a private staging site. Nothing goes live until you have clicked through it yourself.
- You wake up to progress. We work while you sleep, so what we finish in our day is ready for you to check in your morning.
- Accounts stay in your name. Domain, hosting, Shopify and payment accounts belong to you. We work inside them and you keep the logins.
- Changes outside the scope are priced first. If you ask for something new, we tell you what it costs and how it affects the dates before we go ahead.

Call hours for US time zones
We keep three hours a day open for calls, at the start of your working day. It is evening for us, and we have set it up that way on purpose.

Pakistan does not change its clocks. When US clocks go forward in March, the gap to New York drops from 10 hours to 9, and the call window moves an hour earlier on our side. Your time stays the same.
For the rest of the day, email is the main channel. WhatsApp is there if you want it, but you do not have to use it. To book a call, email us with two or three times that suit you.
Prices, invoices and payment
You get a fixed price in US dollars for a defined project, and we invoice in dollars. Payment is split into milestones that we agree before starting. You can pay by bank wire, by Wise (you send from your Wise account to our bank account) or through Payoneer.
Hosting, domains, paid apps and ad budgets are separate, and you usually pay those providers directly. Our packages start at $95 for a site of up to five pages, $160 for up to ten pages and $210 for an online store, and you can see what each includes on our pricing page. Custom work and white-label projects need a proper quote, so send us the details.
A US project: VVS Houston
VVS Houston is a venue rental business in the Houston area. They needed a site where people could look around the venue, browse the gallery, read the booking details and reserve a date online.
We designed and built it, with a custom booking system based on our own SRBP plugin, so reservations are managed in one place. It works on phones as well as desktops, which matters when people plan events from the couch.
It is one project, and we would rather show you one real US client than a wall of logos. The rest of our work is in our portfolio, including online stores and Wolf Stock POS, our own point-of-sale system. If you need custom POS software for a small retail store, it is a good example of what we build: sales, purchases, stock, supplier records, invoices and monthly profit reports.
What we can build for you
Questions US clients ask
Will we have a contract?
Yes. At the very least you get a written quote covering the scope, price, milestones and a rough timeline. If you have your own contract or statement of work, send it over and we will go through it. Our standard terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and anything we both sign takes priority over them.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before you share anything sensitive. If you would rather we did not mention the project anywhere, including our portfolio, tell us and we will not.
Who owns the code and design?
You do, once the project is paid for in full. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images stay under their own licences, so any that need renewing are yours to renew.
How much overlap will we get?
Three hours a day are set aside for calls, from 9am to noon Eastern, all year. Outside those hours we answer by email, and what we finish in our day is ready for your morning. If you need a regular slot for a standup, tell us before we start.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually, yes. We look through the code and the accounts first and tell you what we found before we quote. Sometimes fixing it is the right call, and sometimes a rebuild costs less in the long run. We will say which.
Do we have to use WhatsApp?
No. Email and video calls are enough. WhatsApp is only there if you like quick messages.
