Websites and Online Stores for Dubai and UAE Businesses

A team one hour ahead of you, with quotes in dirhams and quick replies on WhatsApp.

A web development company for Dubai businesses, one hour away

Based in Faisalabad One hour ahead of the UAE

Wolf Tech Agency builds websites and online stores and looks after SEO for businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. We are in Pakistan, one hour ahead of Gulf time, so your working day and ours are almost the same.

Send us a WhatsApp message and you are talking to the person who will build your site, not a call centre. We quote in dirhams, agree the work in writing, and carry on in the same chat until your site is live.

Who we work with in the UAE

Dubai SMEs and free zone companies

Many small companies here have a trade licence, a good reputation and a website that was thrown together when they started. Customers and partners will look you up before they reply to your email, so we build a straightforward company site that explains what you do and makes it easy to get in touch. Affordable website design in Dubai varies a lot in what you actually get, so tell us your budget and we will tell you honestly what it will buy.

Retailers and online sellers

Whether you already have a shop or are starting online, we build stores with card payments, cash on delivery and delivery rates for each emirate. Product pages and invoices can be in Arabic and English, which often matters here, as we explain below.

Real estate businesses

Listing pages you can search by area and property type, with enquiries going straight to WhatsApp so an agent can reply while the buyer is still interested. Dubai property adverts need a permit number, so each listing has a place for it.

Salons and clinics

A clear list of treatments and prices, a gallery, your location on a map and a simple way to book. Booking can be as simple as a WhatsApp button or a full calendar with reservations, like the system we built for a venue in the US.

E-commerce website development in the UAE

Setting up an online store here comes down to a few decisions, and it helps to make them before the design starts.

  • Payment gateway. Telr, Network International and Stripe are common starting points. You usually apply in your company's name with your trade licence, and we connect the gateway to your store. Not every gateway works with every platform, so we check this before you commit. If you are on Shopify, the UAE is also on the list for Shopify Payments.
  • Platform. Shopify is quicker to launch and has less to maintain. WooCommerce gives you more control and has no monthly platform fee. We recommend one once we know what you sell and which gateway you want.
  • VAT. The UAE charges 5% VAT. If you are registered, your store should make it clear that prices include VAT, and your invoices should carry your TRN. Your accountant has the final word on this.
  • Delivery and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is still common, so most stores offer it next to card payments. We set up delivery rates by emirate and connect your courier if they offer a plugin.
  • Prices in AED. Your store shows dirhams by default, with other Gulf currencies added if you sell across the region.

See our e-commerce services for more on how we build and manage stores.

Arabic and English websites

If you sell to consumers from a company registered in the UAE, plan for Arabic from the start. The law firm K&L Gates summarises the consumer protection rules this way: information, advertisements and contracts with a consumer must be in Arabic, with other languages allowed in addition. Pinsent Masons reads this as covering e-commerce website information and invoices too. We are not lawyers, so ask yours how it applies to your business.

It is best to decide before the design starts, because Arabic reads from right to left and the whole layout has to flip, not just the text.

We can build that two-language site, with each language at its own address so Google can show the right version to the right person. The Arabic wording itself should come from a native speaker. Machine translation tends to read badly, and customers notice. If you do not have a writer, tell us early so we can plan for one.

Working hours and how to reach us

Neither the UAE nor Pakistan changes its clocks, so the one-hour gap stays the same all year. You will not need to work out a new time in March.

WhatsApp comes first, and if something needs a longer conversation we move to a call. Save +92 344 0719099 and message us any time during those hours.

Quotes and payment in dirhams

You get your quote in AED, with what is included written down, and we invoice in AED as well. You can pay by bank wire or by Wise (you send from your Wise account to our bank account).

Your domain, hosting and payment gateway accounts stay in your company's name, so you always keep control of them. Our packages start at AED 350 for a site of up to five pages, AED 590 for up to ten pages and AED 770 for an online store, and you can see what each includes on our pricing page. If you need more than a package covers, send us the details for a quote.

Getting found in Dubai

Broad searches like "web development company Dubai" are mostly held by large directories and big agencies. For a small business, the better starting point is narrower searches: your exact service plus your area, such as JLT, Deira or Business Bay.

That means a complete Google Business Profile at your real address, reviews from real customers, and pages written for how people here actually search, in English and Arabic if your customers use both. We will not build you a stack of copied pages with only the area name changed, because Google treats those as doorway pages. Our SEO service covers this, and we will be honest that it takes months.

Questions UAE clients ask

Can you build a site in Arabic and English?

Yes, we can set up a two-language site with a proper right-to-left layout for Arabic. The Arabic text should be written or checked by a native speaker. If you do not have one, tell us early so it can be planned into the timeline and budget.

Which payment gateway should I use?

Telr, Network International and Stripe are good places to start. The right one depends on your licence, your currencies and your sales volume. Fees change, so compare the current rates on each provider's own site. Tell us what you sell and we will help you narrow it down.

Do you have an office in Dubai?

No. Our team and our office are in Pakistan, and we work with clients in the UAE remotely. We would rather say that plainly than list a virtual office address.

What is the best way to reach you?

WhatsApp is the quickest. If something needs a longer conversation, we move to a call. Email works well for documents and logins.

Can you look after the site after launch?

Yes. You can come back to the same people for fixes and changes, on WhatsApp like before. If you want updates and backups handled for you on an ongoing basis, ask and we will quote for it in dirhams.
