What you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

These terms apply when you use wolftechagency.com or hire Wolf Tech Agency, based at House 515, Defence Paradise, Faisalabad, Pakistan. If you have signed a proposal or contract with us, that document takes priority wherever it differs from this page.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse the site and contact us. Please do not try to break it, copy its content for your own use, or use it for anything unlawful. We try to keep the information here accurate, but it may change and it is not a formal offer.
Quotes and project scope
Before we begin, we agree in writing on what is included, the price and a rough timeline. If you ask for something outside that scope, we will tell you what it will cost and how it affects the dates before we go ahead.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. We may pause work when a payment is overdue. Third-party costs, such as hosting, domains, paid apps and advertising budgets, are separate unless your quote says otherwise.
What we need from you
Most delays come from waiting on content, feedback or logins, so please send these on time. You are responsible for making sure that anything you give us, such as text, photos and logos, is yours to use.
Who owns the work
Once your project is paid for in full, the final work we made for you is yours, except for third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images, which remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
Results
We work hard on every project, but nobody controls Google, Facebook or your market. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, and any estimates we give are only estimates.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, such as hosting companies, payment gateways or advertising platforms.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project by giving written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over that work once the payment is settled.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update this page from time to time, and the date at the top will show when we last did.
